£95 for 90 Minutes - £125 for 120 Minutes(90 Minutes - 120 Minutes) Can be added to your Spinal Flow sessions when scheduling allows. I have found that FT followed by a massage is incredibly beneficial as the body is in such a relaxed state it is more receptive to massage
